Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with YDN Clothing Co! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you as soon as physically possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Delays can happen and we will communicate via Instagram (@ official_ydn) and email (@ businessydn@gmail.com). Our pre-order window usually closes 48-72 hours after the initial release of the item. Please note that we will communicate clearly if the product is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees. 

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
