Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please gather your order information and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are illegal and not permitted. False chargebacks will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse future service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
